This experience has equipped me to work effectively with teens & adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, codependency, family/relational issues, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I also have a specialty in working with neurodivergent men who possess high intellectual abilities and are striving to strengthen their emotional intelligence.
