Do you ever feel stuck? Does it seem as though no matter what you do, you can't move beyond your past? Do you worry about your ability to succeed in life? Does it ever seem like your mind does not turn off? If you can relate to any of these statements, we may be able to help you.
We provide counseling services to people who struggle with these types of issues. We all specialize in treating anxiety and depression, but each of us has our own additional specialties. We are able to listen, provide feedback and help you look at your circumstances from a different point of view.
Together we can look at your thoughts and work on changing any unhelpful thinking patterns. Our goal is to discover and use the approach or technique that is most helpful for you in moving forward in your life.
