I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe and supportive environment where they are able to explore their most immediate concerns. I specialize in helping people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress management, relationship and interpersonal issues at home and work, parenting, separation, and divorce. I work with those dealing with career changes and entrepreneurial challenges. My goal is to help people feel less alone and overwhelmed with life, to find their inner resources and strengths so they can heal, grow and thrive.
Through an interpersonal and “here and now ” therapeutic modality that utilizes new emotional and relational experiences to solve problems, I focus on helping people to realize their full potential, achieving healing and removing blocks that hinder growth. My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative, integrative and experiential.
