Hi, I'm glad you're here. Let me introduce myself - I am a child and youth therapist, also working with adults who are working through childhood trauma for the first time. I specialize in helping heal from all types of childhood traumas: verbal and physical abuse, emotional and mental abuse, and sexual abuse and neglect. I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation.

I have worked with children, teens, adults, families, and parents for over 15 years in various settings, as well as with individuals and families in their homes. I am experienced in dealing with trauma and emotional abuse. I use attachment therapy to help clients rebuild the way they interact with themselves, others, and the world.

During the week, I supervise other therapists, who work with youth who have experienced childhood trauma. On Saturdays, I see clients and offer support to children and adults dealing with childhood and other traumas. If you or your child need help, I’m here to guide you toward healing and understanding.
