Feeling alone, isolated even when we are in a relationship is very common. We often question ourselves and doubt our ability to create lasting bonds. I use a humanistic, person centered, relational and strength based approach in individual, couples and family therapy. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT) that is a model that has been tested and shown to create lasting change. I have more than 20 years experience working with teenagers, adults couples and families.
I am fluent in English, Greek and Hebrew. I have lived in different countries and I incorporate my experience in understanding my client’s background and belief system.
