Are you struggling to cope with the stressors of daily life? Having some difficulty adjusting to a recent life change? Therapy helps to provide us with healthy tools to adjust to the things life might throw our way. My name is Bianca Powell and I am a clinical therapist with a master's degree in social work. As your therapist I will work with you to learn healthy coping skills while identifying and building on your personal strengths.
I have worked in mental health for 9 years and have been a therapist for 4 years. I have experience working with individuals and families to address problems not limited to but including: depression, anxiety, self esteem, anger management, life adjustments, school related problems, ADHD, ODD, and other behavior problems.
