The pace of the world today can feel overwhelming, leaving you anxious, depressed, or unsure of how to move forward. These struggles create distance from yourself and from the people who matter most. Therapy, with me, offers a space to slow down and look inside. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. Healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time, we'll make space for humor, curiosity, and even joy along the way.
I believe that our disconnection from the nature is deeply impacting our mental health. Part of my work is to help my clients reestablish that connection and rediscover their belonging to the natural world around us. I also work with folks exploring their sexuality; I am sex-positive and provide counsel on kink and ENM relationships.
My work is trauma-informed and includes nature-based practices, somatic practices, IFS, and depth-therapy. I work with adults navigating struggles with identity, big life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Therapy is not about fixing, but reclaiming parts of yourself that long for meaning, connection and play.
