I provide a mostly psychodynamic approach to therapy, which allows a person to gain insight into their life experience. I believe psychotherapy is not a passive experience, and requires active participation by you. I am here to guide and help you realize your potential to live a more fulfilling life.
My mission is collaborate with you and help you achieve your treatment goals. Although our relationship is a professional one, it is a relationship nonetheless. I provide therapy in a safe and nonjudgmental environment that fosters trust and empathy allowing you to feel as comfortable as possible opening up to me.
