My passion for supporting individuals and families stems from the belief that everyone can thrive in the right environment and with strong supports. My goal is to provide reliable support that promotes healing, growth and the creation of a positive personal and familial atmosphere for those that I work with. I am experienced in supporting children, parents and families through challenging life circumstances, trauma processing, and changes in family structure and composition. I see immense value in supporting the processing of familial experiences and relationships to promote future resilience and break unhealthy cycles.
I have an abundance of experience working with those who have endured complex and/or generational trauma. I specialize in supporting those who have had interactions with the child welfare system. I understand the fluctuation in insight and engagement that may sometimes accompany addiction and domestic violence.
I am ready and willing to learn and understand you, so that I can best support and encourage you in increasing your capacity for success. We'll work at a pace that feels right and comfortable for you, while remaining mindful of progress and assessing for goal attainment.

I appreciate the utilization of Narrative Therapy and truly value the stories that are shared with me. I'm honored every time I'm trusted with the retelling of ones experiences. My goal in receiving this information is to provide a safe and comforting space to process these narratives and revisit the thoughts around them to identify core beliefs and restructure negative connotations.
