With a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Columbia University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, experience as a former collegiate athlete, and years as a school-based clinician, I am knowledgeable of the challenges youth and young adults face today.

Our sessions will typically combine strategies from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Treatment.
