My passion for helping others stems from my mother’s words, “ayuda a tu gente,” which translates to “help your people.” I believe in building a compassionate, respectful, and collaborative relationship with each individual, and I am eager to learn from you about your unique culture and experiences. Being fluent in Spanish, I support Spanish-speaking clients and also work with clients from the LGBTQ community. I am part of a group practice that specializes in maternal and paternal mental health.
I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with diverse experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, families, and adults. I draw on my unique background as a Nicaraguan American to bring cultural humility and understanding to my practice.
