Now accepting new clients! Hello, I am passionate about helping survivors of trauma reach a place of relief, recovery and hope. Seeking counseling and support can be intimidating yet the bravest step you'll take in beginning your healing journey. I have experience with a wide array of mental health challenges - anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, addiction as well as grief and loss. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocesssing), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Family Systems & Attachment Theory while always working from a Trauma Responsive Lens.
I am comfortable with all ages: adults, adolescents and children. One of my areas of expertise include providing therapy to adoptive children and their families as well as adult adoptees. I also come with rich experience in supporting people of different racial/cultural backgrounds, gender identities, religious and/or spiritual beliefs.

Groups
Adult DBT Skills Group
DBT involves a skills training group. Skills groups usually meet once a week for 1.5 hours. Through this program, you will become proficient in the four DBT skills: mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, & distress tolerance. DBT will teach you to identify emotions as they arise & to sit with those emotions long enough to avoid acting impulsively. With commitment and dedication to this work, you can learn to overcome or greatly reduce emotional dysregulation & go on to live a more fulfilling life. The cost for an 8 week group module is $400 ($50 per session).
