Helping children and adolescents feel understood, supported, and empowered is at the heart of my work. I specialize in working with youth experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, and learning differences. I also have extensive experience supporting children and adolescents with autism and other neurodivergent traits. With a warm, thoughtful, and developmentally appropriate approach, I use creative and purposeful interventions to help children and adolescents build confidence, manage emotions, and develop meaningful coping skills for everyday life.
My therapy style is holistic, trauma-informed, and engaging. My approach helps youth make connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing practical skills they can use in everyday life.
I believe therapy should be a supportive, engaging, and empowering space where individuals feel comfortable, understood, and safe to grow. My goal is to help build resilience, strengthen self-understanding, and gain confidence to navigate challenges both now and in the future.
