I use evidence-based methods such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), I help clients process difficult experiences, develop healthier thought patterns, and build effective coping skills. I also incorporate Animal-Assisted Play Therapy (Level 1) and Sand tray therapy.
