Hi, I’m Bianca. I know that reaching out for therapy isn’t always easy, and you may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure where to begin. For over five years, I’ve had the privilege of helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and the many moments that leave us feeling stuck. I believe everyone deserves a place where they can take a deep breath, feel understood without judgment, and begin building a life that feels calmer, healthier, and more connected.
I believe lasting change happens when you feel both supported and challenged. My role is not simply to listen, but to help you better understand yourself, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, & build practical skills you can use every day. As an EMDR trained therapist I tailor each session to your unique story because no two people heal the same.
