Bianca Austin, I am a licensed professional counselor and nationally certified counselor in Montgomery, Alabama. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy and consider the whole person, not just one aspect. I currently have four years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I utilize different modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy.
I typically work with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I involve the clients in the goal-setting process. I outline SMART goals to ensure that we have reason goals and set reasonable time frames to reach these goals.
I have a passion for helping others and I feel that I can do that in this role of being a therapist. Being able to see my clients making progress in their mental health journey drives me to continue providing therapy.
