I love working with teenagers as well as adults, helping with work and school stress, navigating difficult choices, anxiety and phobias, and guiding and supporting you in dealing with family and peer or friend related conflict.
I believe in giving the people that come to see me choices in how they would like their sessions to go. Whether it be talk therapy, expression of emotions through art or writing, using tools like worksheets and emotional inventories or games, I design therapy to meet your needs.
