I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in the field for more than 12 years, and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2. I take pride in tailoring my treatment to focus on patient-specific needs, which may require the use of several modalities. I help clients manage trauma including PTSD, depression and anxiety, addictions of varying types, grief and loss, and personality disorders.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2. I am trained in and utilize evidenced-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Mindfulness is also used regularly.
