At the heart of my practice is the belief that “healed” is not necessarily a destination, but rather the ongoing process of healing and moving forward while still living a worthy and meaningful life is possible. Everything you need to thrive in this life is already in you. Through life’s circumstances we can lose sight of this reality and, can benefit from the use of a guide towards a season of renewal. You may feel as though you are losing everything BUT, remember that a tree loses its leaves every year and yet it still stands tall and waits for better days to come.
While my purpose is to serve adults navigating through all walks of life, I specialize in working with women who desire inner healing from the root causes of anxiety, depression, wounded self esteem and self worth, relationship conflict as well as trauma. Over time these issues can impact our capacity to feel free, valued, safe and our core sense of self.
My hearts desire is to ensure that those who cross my path leave feeling free, seen, heard and valued. I have been stuck, I have been afraid and I have felt defeated.
