Are you overwhelmed with trying to find the right therapist for you or your family member? Has your search left you frustrated and confused? Our practice is multi-disciplinary, meaning we treat all ages and a variety of specializations. The counselors of Beyond Today Counseling Center all provide compassionate and evidenced base care to the individuals and families who seek our services. With this variety of professional expertise, we are able to meet a multitude of treatment needs. If for some reason we are not able to help you at this time, we will help you find someone in the area who we think will be a good fit for you.

Asking for help is not always the easiest thing to do. I seek to create a place of safety and trust for you to stretch, grow, change, and open yourself up for healing to begin. I engage the counseling process from a non-judgmental and compassionate approach, allowing clients to feel heard and understood as they gain insight and develop coping strategies. I aim to view my clients holistically using therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative and Art Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.
