We're a group of eating disorder, HAES-aligned eating disorder specialists who focus on disordered eating, body image, trauma, and mood concerns. All of our therapists are trauma-informed and are rooted in HAES-aligned values. At Beyond, we believe that you can live a life free of hating your body and food. We encourage clients to take up space in their bodies, relationships, and in their overall lives. Our non-judgemental and inclusive care allows clients to show up as they are to support growth and healing. Our group of therapists sees adolescents, young adults, and adults.
As a trauma-informed group, we offer CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) in addition to other modalities, such as IFS, CBT, and relational approaches. Our therapists all have a unique style and approach, however all are relational and strength-based. We also have therapists who specialize in maternal mental health, grief/loss, and ADHD.

6 Week Creative Experession Body Image Series

This 6 week group series will utilize will utilize a different form of creative expression, including art, music, writing, and movement to support participants in self-expression while exploring their body image and reconnecting to their body in a nonjudgmental space. Example activities include letter writing, drawing/coloring, listening to music, gentle movement, and mindful breathing. All ability levels welcome! Perfection not expected or required!
