Based in West LA, Santa Monica & online, we attune to you and provide somatic tools that help reset and regulate your nervous system. We trained directly with Bessel van der Kolk (body keeps the score), Peter Levine (SE) & Dick Schwartz (IFS). Our approach combines both somatic and parts work to deeply transform your nervous system. We treat anxiety, depression, burnout, pain, trauma, career, teens, couples, and more. We offer EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, CBT & ACT
Our sessions incorporate awareness practices aimed at resolving states of fight, flight, & freeze that have become stuck in the body causing anxiety, sensitization & various physical symptoms. We teach you to discharge accumulated stress and widen your window of tolerance so you can overcome fear- and pain-based patterning and revitalize your nervous system.
