As a counselor, I provide a safe, nurturing, confidential and nonjudgemental environment to help you identify what is holding you back and give you the tools to live a rewarding and full filling life. I believe in the consideration of the "whole self" (mind, body and spirit) and take a holistic path in helping you heal, grow and achieve.

We will use an eclectic approach and incorporate bioenergetics.
