T-Rexs in My Tummy- Kids Anxiety Group
GROUPS ages 6-8 & 9-12. T-Rexs belong in our toy boxes, not our tummies! Sometimes having anxiety can feel like T-Rexs in our tummies. It can also make us worry, cry and treat our friends unkind. Our anxiety group helps children recognize how anxiety shows up in their thoughts, feelings, and body sensations. Children will learn how to work through those moments and use techniques to help calm their bodies and their thoughts. Are you ready to let your child learn how to put the T-Rexs back in the toy box while engaging in activities in a safe and fun environment?

Anger is a normal emotional response. However, sometimes our anger can be out of proportion to the situation. When anger is not used properly, it can affect our ability to engage with others in a healthy manner. Do you need help understanding why anger is your "go-to" or how to manage it effectively?
