Let’s face it: being a human right now is HARD. If you are feeling depressed, anxious, lost, or overwhelmed, know that you are not alone. Receiving personalized support for your mental health in these times is essential. Believe it or not, you already have vast wisdom and resilience within you; let's remember and practice it together. Whatever challenges you are facing, I'd love to help you learn how to hold space for it all with compassion and curiosity: the trauma, joy, grief, beauty, anxiety, strength, uncertainty, hope, and everything in between.
My approach to therapy integrates mindfulness, somatics, parts work, and expressive arts. As a queer & nonbinary therapist, I’m particularly passionate about fostering healing within queer/trans/LGBTQ+, non-monogamous, and kink communities, because I know how important it can be to work with someone who understands and affirms your identities and lifestyle.
It takes courage to seek out the support you need for your mental health and wellbeing amidst so many global and systemic crises. If you’re looking for a queer, trauma-informed therapist who is deeply committed to social justice and liberation, let's schedule a consultation to see if we’d be a good fit to work together on your healing journey.
