Let’s face it: being a human right now is HARD! If you are struggling with feeling depressed, anxious, lost, or overwhelmed, you are not alone. You deserve space to heal, process, and grow with someone you can trust and vibe with. By taking time to slow down, feel your emotions, cultivate self-compassion, and play with creative self expression, you can access your own inherent wisdom and build resilience amidst life's chaos and complexity. Whatever challenges you are facing, together we can learn how to hold space for it all: the trauma, joy, grief, beauty, anxiety, strength, uncertainty, hope, and everything in between.

My approach to therapy integrates mindfulness, somatics, parts work, and expressive arts. As a queer & nonbinary therapist, I’m particularly passionate about fostering healing within queer/trans/LGBTQ+, non-monogamous, and kink communities, because I know how important it can be to work with someone who understands and affirms your identities and lifestyle.
It takes courage to seek out the support you need to care for your mental health and wellbeing amidst so many global and systemic crises. If you’re looking for a queer, trauma-informed therapist who is deeply committed to social justice and liberation, I’d love to schedule a consultation to see if we’d be a good fit to work together on your healing journey.
