Are you feeling anxious, exhausted, and unlike yourself? My work with teens and adults is through warmth, unconditional positive regard, gentle confrontation, and humor. Together, we will create a healthier internal dialogue for you to start trusting yourself. You will begin by listening to what your emotions are telling you aboutvwhat and who is right for you. You will set assertive boundaries that feel in alignment with both your values and your needs. As a result of our work together, you will feel more empowered within yourself and your life. Sessions: in office, walk and talk ( in Denver's parks), and virtual therapy.

My counseling style includes empowering you to honor your innate strengths while I also will gently challenge your blindspots. My therapeutic interventions are derived from Assertiveness Training, Feministic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), values-based interventions, Carl Rogers, Compassionate Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), & Attachment Theory.

I specialize in working with marginalized folx of: LGBTQIA+, Womyn, Immigrants, Teens, HSPs, Helpers, Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse, and Divorce. I process self-esteem with professionals navigating how race, ethnicity, ability level, gender and/or sexual identity play a role in vocational success and joy and I offer a 30 minute free consultation.
