Are you struggling with feeling as though you can’t see through to the other side? Are you feeling hopeless, like you just cannot see how things will ever change for you? Do you feel stuck in patterns within your relationships that you wish you could understand? Have you experienced situations that have made you question your own strength and self-worth? I have availability for virtual evening and in person Saturday sessions.
Therapy sessions with me are person centered, meaning that I believe that you are the expert on you. I utilize CBT, DBT, EMDR, and various modalities when appropriate, in order to customize the approach that I use with each individual client. My desire is to walk through your healing process with you, as a guide in identifying your strengths and resilience.
If you have experienced trauma, relational hurts, or betrayals, and struggle to see your own worth or strength, I would be honored to work with you. You are not what happened to you, and you can grow through the pain and find a balance between creating space to allow yourself to feel and acknowledge your experience, while also uncovering your own strength.
