I am a Park Slope based psychologist who helps couples with communication, escalating conflict, emotional distance, infidelity, parenting struggles, and the impact of grief and trauma. I work collaboratively with couples, creating a non-judgmental space that allows us to tackle the negative cycles that can develop over time. In my practice I also see individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, dissatisfaction at work, difficulties in important relationships, loneliness, grief, and trauma.

I have extensive training in a variety of therapy modalities. I have a post-doctoral certificate in Couples Therapy and am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT). I am also an advanced candidate at the William Alanson White Institute. In addition to my practice I supervise and teach psychologists in training.

It is my hope our sessions will be a place where you feel truly heard and understood, where you can speak about issues that are troubling you while receiving thoughtful feedback, guidance, and support. I help individuals and couples make lasting changes by addressing the sources of their difficulties--the heart of the matter.
