Life is hard. Seeking help when you need it is a strength. If you feel lost and are struggling to find balance, I can help you. I work with individuals to set goals, see the Big Picture and create a strength-based plan for skills development that leads to greater confidence and deeper peace long after therapy is over.
Experience teaches me that evidence based psychotherapy woven together with spiritual practices is powerful toward healing. Please give me a call.
