Life’s problems, including mental health issues, are real, common, and treatable. Recovery is possible. In therapy with me, every single part of you is welcome. Our therapy sessions are a place for you to lay your burdens down and be refreshed and renewed. It's likely we will laugh a lot, and we may also cry. Each of us is different and multifaceted. I care deeply about providing the best possible therapy for my clients. I use two primary treatment modalities, CBT and Person Center Therapy, to treat a broad range of difficulties.
