I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, specializing in individual, couples, and sex therapy. My focus is on helping you to lead your most fulfilling life as an individual, or as a couple; and to achieve deeply satisfying relationships, both physically and emotionally.
No single form of therapy is right for every individual or couple. Consequently, I use different therapies based on your needs and the proven effectiveness of each approach. Along with the treatment approaches listed to the right, I have achieved higher level training in Internal Family Systems, CTI Life Coach training, and Gestalt Therapy Certification.
Regardless of the therapy chosen, you will always feel heard, understood, and validated. While some therapists do not address sexual issues, I believe that embracing sexuality can be empowering for individuals and integral to a strong bond between partners.
