My holistic, body-oriented psychotherapy services are based on principles of wholeness, positive psychology, & empowerment. It's about more than venting stress - it's about identifying & transcending challenges/roadblocks/speed bumps; cultivating happiness/peace/well-being; learning & expanding tools; discovering & nurturing your authentic self & the resources you already have; & seeing yourself as the complex & unique being you are. Cultivate a life of thriving!

I work with many issues which have at their core anxiety, shame, depression, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), eating disorders, anger management, gambling and other addictions, & domestic violence. I offer multiple trauma-informed services, including therapy, EMDR Therapy, Brainspotting, coaching, and Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE).

Many of my clients are emergency responders and their family members. I volunteer at West Coast Post Trauma Retreat and the First Responders Support Network. Other clients have invested a lot of time in talk therapy and still feel like some thing is holding them back, never quite able to get to what that thing is. "I know what I need to do, I don't do it."
