My approach blends compassion with candor. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based techniques, I help clients build practical skills while developing both short-term relief and long-term personal growth. In addition to my work with women, I also support older adults as they navigate challenges related to aging and life transitions.
