Shiloah Experiential Intensive Group Weekend
This group is designed to enhance individual therapy. It focuses on how childhood wounds affect our current relationships. Each day begins with a guided meditation, followed by teachings, experiential processes, and time for reflection and journaling. Psychodrama Workshop
This one-day workshop includes psycho-dramatic processes and full psychodramas. Psychodrama is a therapeutic modality which uses role play as a means to study behavior and make healthy behavior changes. The group dynamic allows for insight and authentic exploration of issues in a safe environment.

Ongoing Experiential Group
This group will include psychodrama and other experiential processes, as well as education about codependency, relationships, dating, anxiety and other relevant topics. Appropriate for adults 18 and over. We will meet twice monthly on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 6:30-8:30. A six-month commitment is required.
