As human beings, being connected is one of our primary needs. When we lose connection (for some it never happened in the beginning); life seems to spiral in uncomfortable directions. Fear, anxiety, relationship conflict, loneliness, depression, and grief make it difficult to find purpose; to develop sustainable relationships; and to navigate our complicated lives.
For fifteen years, my passion has been Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT). Seven of those years, I worked within a Comprehensive team. My graduate training is in Marriage and Family Counseling; and I have completed Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy which I use in my work with couples.
The foundation of my work is a non-judgmental approach to helping you develop your strengths and realize your full potential. I want you to achieve your therapy objectives; and I will strive to “be the light” for you.

Conflict is inevitable, but it can be managed with interventions from the Gottman Method which is supported by almost 50 years researching what makes relationships last.
