You have within you the ability to overcome, adapt and improve complex circumstances. Sometimes all you need is a new perspective and a different approach. Do you continue to have emotional discomfort long after a traumatic event? Do you have difficulty sustaining relationships? Do you desire change in your current situation? I am a caring and nonjudgmental listener. If you or someone you love needs an experienced therapist, I would like to be of service to you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I have counseled individuals, couples and families since 1996. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) we can find concrete ways to confront problem areas of your life.
NOTE: I am accepting new clients and can offer phone or video sessions. If you are new to therapy or other talk therapy has failed to alleviate your discomfort, please call for a free 15-minute consultation. Or e-mail me your contact number and a convenient time to return your call. CBT therapy and/or ETT therapy may be the right therapies for you.
