During the pandemic I decided to move to Charlottesville from Northern Virginia. My background includes private practice as well as community mental health. I have experience working with a variety of challenges individuals, families and couples face including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issue, parenting etc.
I always provide a "listening ear" and take a position of being a support to clients that I work with. My job is to help you develop tools and gain more insight into yourself to improve your quality of life. I am trained in a variety of techniques that I am happy to discuss.
