HypnoMothering® : Thriving Postpartum

Through a series of fun, practical videos, you’ll learn easy and fast self-hypnosis techniques to make the most of limited sleep, keep light and balanced on challenging days, and find focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that new parents face. This program’s deeper hypnosis audio recordings are designed to make this transition smoother by connecting to yourself, your baby, and new resources you’re developing moment by moment. Each participant is given access to prerecorded hypnosis readings. The workshop is an adjunct to any existing treatment and meets for one -2 hour session by video.
