Welcome to the first step on your journey to peace and wellness! I specialize in helping individuals unlock their potential to dream big and move forward with confidence. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each session and hold several professional credentials including: Certified EMDR Therapist & EMDR Approved Consultant, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and certified Perinatal Mental Health professional. I utilize tools from several modalities such as clinical hypnosis, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ERP, ICBT, SPACE, & Sandplay and have been highly trained in each.

My approach is rooted in the belief of the mind-body-spirit connection and its crucial role in achieving personal growth, emotional stability, & overall happiness. I view each person as having unique strengths, which I use as a foundation to guide them toward healing and empowerment. I offer psychotherapy and educational/experiential workshops for healing.
