As an experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor I have successfully worked with a wide range of individuals including adolescents, adults and couples who have found their new beginning. In my counseling practice I specialize in helping individuals who are experiencing issues related to low self-esteem, depression, anger, phobias, anxiety, worry, grief, trauma, addictions, relationship issues and much more.
My guiding principal is to meet clients where they are at and help them grow and develop the skill set they need to reach their full potential. All services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client using the appropriate mental health counseling modalities.
