Using evidence based theories we can find solutions for emotional outbursts, interpersonal problems, stress, depression, OCD behaviors, self-injury, suicidal thoughts/attempts, and anxiety/panic.
As a clinician, I have experience working in a DBT Intensive Oupatient Program providing group therapy. My DBT training is through Behavioral Tech, founded by Marsha Linehan who developed Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My experience also includes psychiatric inpatient, individual and couples therapy, parent groups, working with clients for 15+ years.
