I believe counseling is helpful for anyone experiencing a bump in the road, or feeling stuck and in need of a guide along the path. In the counseling process, we both bring our expertise to help you get to where you want to be: You bring your expertise about yourself -- your strengths, and the ways you typically act. I bring my expertise in healing, growth, change and human development.
Together we will look at your life in a different light, helping you to see it in new ways, find new options and achieve a better balance. I also help people to live more authentic lives. My office is located in Indian Trail near the Extreme Ice Center.
