I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I have been counseling for over sixteen years. I have a Master of Arts in Professional and School Counseling, and I am certified as a Psychological Examiner. I received my degree from Lindenwood University located in St. Charles Missouri. The treatment approach I will use is based on the needs of the client. For instance, if we were working with distorted thinking we could use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, for anxiety we could consider Tapping, breathing techniques and mindfulness activities.

The goal of our therapeutic sessions is to provide you with tools to help you restore or improve your life and become independent again. I believe I can help you overcome your obstacles that are hindering you. Specialties include family conflict, anger management self-esteem, coping with life changes, stress and anxiety.

I also have experience with relationship issues, trauma and abuse, grief, parenting issues, career difficulties depression, bipolar disorder and coaching.
