Hello! This message isn't written by AI! This is ME, an experienced therapist who cares. Society has shifted into a high tech world; texts/Instagram/twitter dominates. TALKING with each other in person has diminished. Yet "talking/noise" absorbs mind & world! The result? An epidemic OF loneliness, anxiety, depression, infidelity, confusion & suicide. Drug use/meds is rampant but is proven not the answer to peace of mind, balance and feeling/being authentic. We cannot be authentic with anyone else if we're confused about our Self! Uncertainty of our Core Values causes anxiety, shame, depression anger at self & others.
My specialities focus on: how are you can better identify and communicate with Yourself! and important others. I support you to figure out: "What's my self-talk and Life Script? Is it working for me?" To learn more about yr life attitude; how you make decisions; and coach you toward choosing solutions that work FOR you. Things change when we change.

Support/guidance through divorce issues with parenting and transitions: grief work, parenting plans, dealing with distrust, financial fears, work transitions, etc.. In every divorce, there is a Loss to be absorbed and a Gain to be realized. Parenting agreements are critical for establishing a secure emotional base for the children. Totally confidential, we use a book (Mom's House, Dad's House), written exercises, and group discussion. Limited to 8 people, cost is $25 per person; meets weekly for four sessions. Open to men and/or women, couples. Required to pay for all four weeks at start of group.

Our thoughts create our lives, so says Buddha, Henry Ford and a host of other people. I myself visualized my health in specific ways, very successfully; when I was recovering from ovarian cancer 24 years ago. There is massive evidence that visualizing is enormously effective in many areas: illness recovery, happiness & general well-being, sleep enhancement, weight control, etc. Read my article on Visualization, Our Mind Movie. Beginning in mid-August, group is $40; four sessions; men & women welcome; 1-1/2 hours; pay all sessions at beginning of group.
