With over 19 years of clinical experience, I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults in various settings who are navigating anxiety, trauma, identity development, school stress, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Across all of my work, I aim to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and culturally responsive.
My practice is inclusive and affirming of all identities and lived experiences. I’m committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, first-generation individuals, and anyone who has ever felt unseen, silenced, or marginalized.
