About
I have been providing psychotherapy for adults since 1991. I typically see individuals struggling with relational issues whether it be family or significant other and mood disorders (depression/anxiety). I listen and try to understand what a person needs in therapy; problem solving, support, insight into life situations, difficult work situations, or personal growth and understanding. I work closely with the Gay/Lesbian population and do couples counseling.
I also provide life coaching for individuals who are "stuck" and need help moving forward.
I am a "long time" meditator and like to integrate it into my practice when the opportunity presents itself.
I accept most popular insurances but also work on a sliding scale fee for those who need it. I try and make things as affordable as possible if individuals are looking for treatment.
