Hello and thank you for visiting! I have worked locally for over 18 years with individuals, parents, couples and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, family conflict, work stress and overall lack of satisfaction in life. Assisting individuals in connecting and understanding one another more openly is one of my greatest passions. I enjoy helping couples discover new ways to navigate their relationship and giving them the tools to change the negative patterns that keep them stuck.
I strive to help everyone feel comfortable and at ease with a relaxed but directive approach. As a family therapist, I look closely at an individuals family of origin and the ways in which these experiences shape who we are today.
