My goal for clients is to gain awareness of how their emotions, feelings, and thoughts affect their mental state and overall wellness. I believe in the importance of incorporating awareness of the body through somatic reflection.

I specialize in mood and anxiety, life/sport transitions, and sports performance. I offer a safe space to work through issues with an integrative approach, including, but not limited to, EMDR.
