At Bettering Me Counseling Services LLC, we provide trauma-informed therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, minority stress, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions. Our team creates a supportive, affirming, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and understood. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR-informed interventions, and trauma-focused care, we help clients build confidence, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting growth.
