At Bettering Me Counseling Services LLC, we provide trauma-informed therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, minority stress, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions. Our team creates a supportive, affirming, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and understood. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR-informed interventions, and trauma-focused care, we help clients build confidence, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting growth.

I am a board-certified nurse practitioner in family medicine (FNP-BC) and psychiatry (PMHNP-BC), board certified advanced pastoral counselor (BCAPC), and certified men's health educator (CMHE). I offer faith-forward men's health to guys who want a comprehensive, integrative approach to addressing physical, mental, and spiritual challenges.
