During my 11 years of experience I have assisted various individuals who have experienced trauma by utilizing trauma focused therapies as well as unconventional practices like superhero therapy. I have been recently MSTI and AASECT certified as a Sex Therapist.I work with my clients to make sense of their experience in a safe boundary setting environment.

I am a mother, a wife, a survivor, and like you I am flawed. Each of us is on a journey of self growth and discovery and I would love to be a part of yours.

I work with clients who struggle with anxiety and depression or trauma related symptoms. During the initial session I complete an initial assessment to get to better know each clients history and relational background.
