I have taken and completed intensive trainings in Emotionally Focused Therapy and in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy. I continue to be active in EFT trainings/community. I engage in supervision for EFT in order to get certified. Learn more at www.ICEEFT.com . Sessions are 45-90 minutes each.
My clients often describe feeling very safe in my office and able to really communicate with their partners in a meaningful, new, and different way. I am currently the only therapist in the area trained in EFT. I have also been Gottman trained to level II and have been trained in other gold standard modalities.

Good for couples & individuals this 12 hour weekend workshop is based on the book “ It’s Not Always Depression”. Heather Sanford, LCSW distilled the book's life changing information & added experiential exercises to show us HOW to BE with emotions which helps us be more gentle & balanced when emotional.
